Iwel conducted a Quality at Entry review, assessing the quality of a project at the time it enters the portfolio. The reviews were intended to inform management about the factors that affected quality in the periods preceding the reviews and to consider what additional initiatives may be needed to enhance quality moving forward.

Iwel provided specialist expertise in the infrastructure and strategic planning aspects of the assignment, including dialogue and review of the water, energy, and roads departments, as well as agriculture and climate change.
