Iwel undertook a strategic evaluation to provide evidence of how effectively the Rural Water Supply & Sanitation Initiative (RWSSI) is meeting its objectives. It also identified any shortcomings and made recommendations on how to best strengthen its future mode of operation. Iwel also assessed the specific contribution of the RWSSI trust fund and made recommendations to improve its focus, leveraging power, and visibility.
